This website is operated by Coral Jade Coyle. Throughout the site, the terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Coral Jade Coyle. By visiting our site and purchasing services, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”). Salon Services

SKIN TESTS​

Skin tests and consultations are a non-negotiable for all new colour clients. This is to ensure you have a skin test to rule out any risk of an adverse reaction. It also ensures we book you in for the correct service and work out a plan of action for your hair goals.

DEPOSITS​

A non-refundable deposit of £30 for colour appointments and £10 for all other services are required to secure your appointment. Your booking fee can be transferred to another date or time if 48 hours notice has been given. Your deposit will be deducted from your bill on the day of your appointment. No booking is secure without a deposit. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment with less than 48 hours notice will result in a loss of deposit and a new one will be required in order to make another appointment.

PRICING AND FORMS OF PAYMENT​

Coral Jade reserves the right to change prices and services without notification. This is to ensure I can continue to provide the best service for my clients. Payments are to be made on the day of your service, with no exceptions. The salon does not have a card machine, but you can bank transfer the salon bank account.

GIFT VOUCHERS/CERTIFICATES

Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. Gift vouchers are non refundable, but can be transferable  for the same value. They cannot be used to purchase products. All gift vouchers expires after 3 months with no exceptions. This is to ensure prices stay in line with inflation.

ARRIVAL TIME

Please ensure you arrive at your appointment time. If you are late, I may not be able to carry out your full service. You will however still be responsible for the cost of your full treatment. With there only being me performing treatments, I need to ne strict with timings to keep the salon running as efficiently as possible. It also stops anyone encroaching on others appointment times. 

ATTENDANCE ​

Please attend your appointment alone. The salon is only insured to have the person that is receiving their treatment. With exceptions for children’s cut, where an adult is required to attend with them 

CANCELLATION/NO SHOWS ​

If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment time you will be charged 50% of the value of your service. No shows will be charged 100% of the value of your service. To cover loss of earnings.

CHANGE OF MIND​

If you change your mind on the day of your service and want a lesser value service, you will be charged as a no show appointment to cover loss of earnings due to lack of notice.

JEWELLERY AND PERSONAL ITEMS​

I cannot be held responsible for loss or damage to personal articles, including clothing, jewellery, phones, accessories etc. All belongings are worn and brought in at the owners risk.

PARKING​

You are welcome to park on the driveway, however please note that Coral Jade and the owners of 40 Hinderton Road, CH64 9PQ do not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, theft etc of your vehicle or personal belongings while you are parked on the premises.

GUARANTEE​

No guarantees can be given for the final result you are aiming to achieve. Due to hair being a natural structure. Lifestyles, genetics, health, medication, water, aftercare and consistency play a part in this and will be discussed in your consultation. Correct aftercare and products play a huge part in how long a colour will last and the health of your hair between appointments.

ONLINE BOOKINGS AND APPOINTMENTS

Appointments made online will only be confirmed once you have paid your deposit. If you book via message, appointment date and times can only be held for that day. If you have not confirmed in that time frame, the appointment will be offered to someone else. Again, your appointment will only be confirmed once your deposit has been paid.

All message will be responded to when I am in the salon. Please allow up to 48 hours for responses. The salon is closed on Sunday’s and Monday’s and message are not checked on these days.

Easiest way to book is my online booking system.

Appointments will be confirmed once your deposit is paid. Deposit must be paid same day.
